Service Description
This is our chance to connect and get to know each other. In this session, I’ll walk you through what coaching looks like, answer any questions you may have, and give you a sense of what to expect from working together. You’ll also share what’s on your mind—your goals, challenges, or the area of life you’d like to improve. Together, we’ll explore whether coaching is the right fit for you and how it can best support your journey forward.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions require 100% prepayment. Cancellations or rescheduling are possible with at least 24 hours’ notice before the session. In this case: the payment can be transferred to your next session, or in case of final cancellation, the payment will be refunded. If the session is rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the prepayment will be transferred to another session, in case of final cancellation, the payment is non-refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled and the payment will not be refunded. Force majeure circumstances (such as missile attacks, power outages, or acute medical conditions) allow for cancellation or rescheduling without penalties or fees.
